DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver in Singapore mainland only. Our delivery service hours are:
Monday to Friday : 10.00 am. to 10.00 pm
Saturday : 2.00pm. to 10.00 pm
(No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Delivery
We will contact you within the next working day (Mon-Fri, 8.30am -5.30pm) to confirm your order. Upon confirmation of your order, we will fix up the delivery arrangement. It's usually take two to three working after confirmation of your order to deliver the goods to you.
Please note orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed on the following working day and delivery will be made on the same or next working day.
Prior to delivery, our courier service provider will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery time slot.
RETURNING MECHANDISE
At The Potter's House, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible.
Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return.
Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy.
We suggest you read the complete returns policy before you make your purchase
General Policies
- All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
- Only Product which is defective are entitled RMA or exchange. Product sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
- An RMA must be requested within 7 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- We will collect from you on the defective product
- All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
- If we do not have the stock at hand, you may need to send back to distributor directly.
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user manuals.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
To ensure the most efficient processing of your return,
please note that certain manufacturers' products are not returnable for credit or exchange through
The Potter's House. These manufacturers require that they directly handle their damaged or defective products.
Please contact the manufacturer for repairs or replacements of these items. .
All Other Hardware Products
May be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
Credit will not be given on printers, fax machines, and special orders for any reason. However, exchanges will be allowed if requested within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please remove all installed ink or toner cartridges prior to repackaging your printer for return. Cartridges left installed during shipping can seriously damage the printer, in which case credit cannot be given. Contain these removed cartridges in either their original packing or a securable plastic bag.
All Software Products
Unopened software can be exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date.
Opened software will not be accepted for return.
Discontinued Products
At times, The Potter's House will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.
* Requesting A Product Return
You can choose any of these convenient methods:
- Send your request via email to us. Please include your order number.
- You can also fill out our online RMA Request Form.
After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- We will call you to set a time to collect the product from you.
Crediting Your Account
When you cancel an order upon deliver, a refund check will be mailed to you within 20 business days from
the day of delivery.
Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and a new tracking number once The Potter's House receives,
approves and processes the returned item.
