1. How long does it take to deliver my order? Can I decide on the time of delivery?
We will contact you within the next 3 working day (Mon-Fri, 8.30am -5.30pm) to confirm your order. Upon confirmation of your order, we will fix up the delivery arrangement. It's usually take up two to three working day. Here is more information on delivery.
2. Do I have to be present to take delivery of the item?
No, you have anyone to collect on your behalf as long as you provide the payment upon delivery.
3. Will there be any shipping & handling charges incurred?
No, we deliver in Singapore mainland only.
4. What about delivery charges?
Delivery is free for every order, unless otherwise noted.
5. Is there any cancellation charge?
No, we do not impose any cancellation charges to our customers.
6. Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes. Should you encounter any manufacturing defects, simply return your item in its original condition and sales packaging within 7 days. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to begin the process. All exchanges and returns are subject to The Potter's House Return Policy.
7. What about product warranty?
It's subjected to manufacturers' warranty, and it is vary for each product.
8. What mode of payment is accepted?
We accept cash and cheque payment only. There are no limit for cash payment whereas for cheque payment, we need to clear the cheque before we send the items to you.
9. Are transactions at The Potter's House secured?
Your transaction is secure as we do not share your information to any other party.
10. How do I change my Password?
If you would like to change your current password, simply click on the Password Help section to get a new password. We will gladly have your password reset and emailed to you at any time. For security reasons, we cannot give password information over the telephone.
