Only customers within Singapore can purchase our products via potterhouse.net.
Delivery shall only be made in Singapore mainland.
Acceptance of your online purchase by The Potter's House shall only take effect when our staff calls you to inform you of our acceptance and arranges delivery of the product.
We reserve the right to reject/cancel your order even after payment. We shall inform you via email and a refund shall be made to you.
The specifications, features and prices for a product are subject to change without prior notice.
Upon receiving your online purchase, our staff will call you within the next working day to confirm your purchase and arrange for a delivery date and time.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday will be processed on the following working day and delivery will be made on the same or next working day.
